“The ability to simplify and customize payment solutions is extremely important to dealers and merchants today. With that in mind, we wanted to brighten up the retail/hospitality industry by providing store owners with equipment to not only match their needs, but also the store’s personality,” said Shigenori Itoh, Chairman and CEO of Casio America, Inc. “We will continue to lead the way by delivering stylish, easy to use, and innovative solutions that enhance both store presentation and efficiency.”

Equipped with a large one (1) line LCD screen for easy viewing, the SE-G1 is a user-friendly unit designed for quick setup. Through an interactive menu, users can swiftly prepare the register for use; by simply pressing the TAX PGM key and inputting the tax rate, the current date and time can be set in little to no time. The unit also features a one (1) line rear LCD display that presents the item and transaction amount, as well as a multipurpose tray to help keep the register area neat and tidy. In order to inhibit the growth of bacteria and mold, the register’s keyboard is coated with an antibacterial finish ensuring a longer life span for retailers.

Additional features include receipt customization, battery backup for memory protection, a one (1) station, high speed, durable thermal printer for either journal or receipt printing, simple mode switching, an easy-to-use calculator function and a cash drawer which holds five types of coins and four types of bills.
