Complete "Using The fx-9860G Slim" Course and Get $100 Debit Card

DOVER, NJ, SEPTEMBER 20, 2007 – Casio America, Inc. announced today the addition of an on-line training course, "Using the fx-9860G Slim". This course will teach users how to use Casio's newest graphing calculator, the fx-9860G Slim.

The fx-9860G Slim graphing calculator has a sleek, flip-top design, a large high-contrast display with backlight and an easy-to-use icon menu. It comes with a natural textbook display option for inputting and viewing of equations exactly as they appear in the textbook. A large 1.5 MB flash memory allows for data storage and downloading of add-in applications. The fx-9860G Slim also features a USB port for unit-to-computer and unit-to-projector connectivity and an e-Activity function which allows for creation of mini-lessons and tutorials. An on-board help manual eliminates the need to carry the instruction manual. The fx-9860G Slim features all this and more in a fashionable form for just under $100.

By taking the free on-line training course, "Using the fx-9860G Slim", participants will not only learn about this new graphing calculator, but they will also find out what many other teachers already know about Casio calculators – they are Making Math Easy! And if an educator successfully completes the fx-9860G Slim online course, they will receive a $100 Debit Card to use on classroom supplies or however they choose.

This offer is only open to practicing, certified Math educators who work in the U.S. or Canada, are of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence and are an approved member of the Casio Education Membership Program. This offer ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 31, 2007 or while supplies last. For additional Terms and Conditions, please visit
