G-SHOCK PARTNERS WITH VISIONAIRE
Iconic publication produces a collaborative edition for G-Shock.
DOVER, NJ, May 12, 2013 — Iconic publication, Visionaire has partnered with Casio G-SHOCK on their new issue #63 entitled FOREVER. Striving towards immortality, Visionaire, who continues to discard the conventional restraints of the printed magazine has pioneered unique issues that have spanned the wearable, playable, edible, audible, tactical, sprayable, digital, magical, and now, in a unique partnership with Casio G-SHOCK, the indestructible.
Working with CGI artists, FOREVER is constructed entirely of metal. Within it, 2D photographs, including works contributed by Mario Testino, Solve Sundsbo, Maurizio Cattelan, Gilbert & George, Karl Lagerfeld, Inez & Vinoodh and Yoko Ono, have been pounded, embossed and etched into 3D reliefs that form the 'pages' of a unique Visionaire edition. The final result, ten (10) embossed pages slip into a metal casing that acts as a frame for the work..

Visionaire 63 FOREVER will retail at US$350.00, in a Limited Edition of 1,500 numbered copies.
