I own a PCRT 2000 (465, 265) it’s not printing on the paper. What do I do?

Check the paper, the paper needs to be thermal paper that is 2.25 inches wide.

What does the error code mean on my cash register?

E01, E001	Mode switch position changed before finalization	Return the mode switch to its original setting (does not beep) and finalize the operation
E03, E003	The signed on clerk differs from the clerk who performed the tracking check registration	Input the correct check number or assign the proper clerk number
E004	Initialization or unit lock clear operation in progress	Complete operation
E08,E008 (SIGN-ON)	Registration without entering a clerk number/ Sign on operation is not performed	Enter a clerk number
E10 (PRINT-LID)	Platen arm of the printer is opened	Close the platen arm
E010	Registration is made while cash drawer is open. The drawer is left open longer than the program time	Close the cash drawer
