How do I Format my memory card?

1) Place card in camera and turn on (either record or play mode), 2) Press [MENU], 3) Select the ‘Set Up’ tab, select ‘Format’, and then arrow right., 4) Use the up and down arrows to select ‘Format’, and then press [SET]

Why will my memory card not save pictures?

1) Turn off the camera, 2) Remove the card, 3) Now look at the front of the card, you will see 'LOCK' on that side of the card is a tiny switch, 4) Move the switch in the opposite direction. 5) Replace the card in the camera - turn the camera on.

How do I turn on my Date Stamp?

You can turn on time stamping by pressing [MENU] and then selecting either "Date" or "Date + Time" for the "Time Stamp" setting. The date or date and time are stamped in the lower right corner of the image. Keep in mind that the date or date and time stamp cannot be deleted once you insert it.

My pictures are blurry/No focus?

I am having a problem with the brightness of my pictures. What do I do?

Overexposure could be due to lighting where the pictures are being taken. If you have tried to adjust the settings with no difference, try resetting the camera to the Default Factory Settings by performing the following steps: 1) Power on the camera in REC mode, 2) Press the MENU button, 3) Select the SETUP tab, 4) Scroll down to RESET, use RIGHT arrow and select RESET again, 5) Press the SET button

I am having a problem with the color of my pictures. What do I do?

Various color issues can be caused by lighting and other factors where the pictures are being taken. If you have tried to adjust the settings with no difference, try resetting the camera to the Default Factory Settings by performing the following steps: 1) Power on the camera in REC mode, 2) Press the MENU button, 3) Select the SETUP tab, 4) Scroll down to RESET, use RIGHT arrow and select RESET again, 5) Press the SET button
