CASIO Digital Camera Limited Warranty This product, except the case and battery, is warranted
by CASIO and its distributors to the original purchaser to be free from defects
in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the
date of purchase. During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the
product will be repaired using CASIO reconditioned/replacement parts or the
product will be replaced with the same or a similar reconditioned/replacement
model at CASIO’s discretion. To obtain warranty service, please take or
send the product, postage paid, with a copy of your sales receipt or other proof
of purchase that shows the date of purchase, to a Service location listed in
the “CASIO is here to HELP you” page. There will be no parts or
labor charge to you. Due to the possibility of damage or loss during shipping,
it is recommended when sending the product for service that you package the
product securely and send it insured, return receipt requested. The customer
shall NOT have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expenses
if: NEITHER THIS WARRANTY NOR ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE WARRANTY PERIOD. NO RESPONSIBILITY IS ASSUMED FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES RESULTING FROM INACCURACY OR MATHEMATICAL INACCURACY OF THE PRODUCT OR LOSS OF STORED DATA. SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS AND SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION BY A PARTY OF LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY THAT PARTY'S NEGLIGENCE, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS SHALL NOT IN SUCH CASES APPLY. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION, OR COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. Printer Warranty 90 Days parts...CASIO SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE OPENING THE ENCLOSED ENVELOPE. YOUR OPENING OF THE ENCLOSED ENVELOPE CONSTITUTES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING CASIO SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING, DO NOT OPEN THE ENCLOSED ENVELOPE. RETURN THE UNOPENED ENVELOPE AND ANY OTHER COMPONENTS PURCHASED WITH THE SOFTWARE, TOGETHER WITH THE SALES RECEIPT, TO THE PLACE OF PURCHASE FOR A REFUND. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF A PRODUCT IS RETURNED WITH AN OPENED ENVELOPE OR A MISSING COMPONENT. The enclosed software diskettes (the "Software") are proprietary products of Casio Computer Company Ltd., and are protected by US Copyright laws and international treaties. 1. You are licensed to use the Software and cable only as follows: you may (i) use the Software and cable only on a single machine unit which shall consist of a Macintosh or personal computer running Windows and a Casio LCD Digital Camera and (ii) transfer the Software and cable to someone else only if such other party agrees to accept the terms and conditions of this license agreement and only if you discontinue using the Software and cable. You may not rent or lease the Software or cable. 2. You may not copy the Software except to reproduce one copy only for your exclusive use as your back-up copy. Any such copy must contain the same copyright notice and proprietary markings as the original Software. 3. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or in any way modify the Software or the documentation contained in this package. You may not copy the documentation contained in this package. 4. LIMITED SOFTWARE WARRANTY: This product is warranted by Casio to the original purchaser for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase (i) to substantially conform to published specifications and published documentation for the Casio LCD Digital Camera for which it is designed and (ii) to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. During the warranty period and upon proof of purchase, Casio will, at its option, replace any defective Software or physical documentation, free of charge, or refund the purchase price upon return of the Software and hardware. These are your sole remedies for any breach of warranty. This warranty will not apply if the product has been misused, abused, or used with hardware for which it is not designed. To obtain warranty service you must take or send the product, postage paid, with a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase, indicating the date of purchase to "Casio Warranty Service Center, 570 Mt. Printer Warranty Personal Video Printer Warranty (CASIO AMERICA, INC.) One year parts & labor... LIMITED WARRANTY: PERSONAL VIDEO PRINTER This product is warranted by Casio to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired or replaced (with the same or a similar model) at Casio's option, at a Casio Authorized Service Center, without charge for parts or labor. This warranty will not apply if the product has been misused, abused, altered, or used other than as set forth in its operating instructions. Without limiting the foregoing, damage to the printing mechanism, broken buttons or case, water damage, dropping of the product will be presumed to have resulted from misuse, abuse, product alteration, or failure to operate the product as set forth in the operating instructions. To obtain warranty service you must take or ship the product, freight prepaid, with a copy of the sales receipt or other proof of purchase and the date of purchase, to a Casio Authorized Service Center. Due to the possibility of damage or loss, it is recommended when shipping the product to a Casio Authorized Service Center that you package the product securely and ship it insured.
