What should I do if I am having problems producing clear printed output?
Open the tape cartridge compartment cover. Use a cotton swab moistened with alcohol to wipe the surfaces of the print head and rubber roller. Take particular care when wiping the points where the print head and rubber roller come into contact with each other.
