COLPOCAMERA DZ-C100 Basic functions

Half-press the shutter release or touch the position on the screen where you want to focus. If the camera still fails to focus, adjust the shooting distance. The optimum range for shooting distances (from the front of the camera to the examination site) is approx. 19-38cm.

At what magnification can colpocameras observe?

When the colpocamera is installed at a distance of 30 cm from the tip of the colpocamera to the observation site and the image is observed at equal magnification without using the digital zoom, the image displayed on the camera's LCD monitor is almost at its actual size (equal magnification). If the distance from the tip of the camera to the observation site is 19 cm, the image will be approximately 1.5 times larger, and if the distance is 38 cm, the image will be approximately 0.8 times larger. When images are imported to a PC after shooting and viewed on the PC monitor, the magnification depends on the size and resolution of the monitor. When images are taken at 20 megapixels (5184 x 3888), they can be viewed on a large monitor.

What can polarized light be used for?

Polarized light blocks light emission from the surface, making it easier to observe the condition of the uterocervical surface.

Is there a recommended SD card?

The camera is compatible with memory cards compliant with the SD standard, with the following capacities according to the standard. SD memory cards (2GB or less) SDHC memory cards (>2GB to 32GB or less) SDXC memory cards (over 32 GB to 2 TB or less) Memory cards that have been tested by us are manufactured by SanDisk Corporation. Operation is not guaranteed for all memory cards, including capacity, even for the memory cards listed above.

How are the image files taken by the camera retrieved?

The captured image files can be transferred to your computer using an SD memory card or a USB cable.

I would like to try out the product, can I borrow it?

Products can be loaned out for the purpose of trial use. Please contact your local sales representative.

Is it possible to charge the battery with a USB cable?

Charging with a USB cable is not supported. Use the supplied AC adapter to charge the battery.

What is the USB cable standard for importing data?

The cable must comply with USB 2.0 (Hi-Speed) and the terminal on the camera side must be micro USB Type-B. Please note that data transfer is not possible using a charging-only cable.

Can it be mounted on a general purpose tripod?

Although the camera can be mounted on a general purpose tripod, it is recommended to use the camera in combination with the CST-100M camera stand (sold separately) as the feet may be in the way during examination when using a general purpose tripod.

Can I operate the camera's touch screen while wearing gloves?

It may be possible to operate the touch screen by using gloves that are compatible with capacitive touch screen operation.
