Why does the GPS track of OPEN WATER SWIMMING differ from the location where I swam?
The OPEN WATER SWIMMING track is intended to approximate the location where you swam. The watch cannot receive GPS signals while it is submerged, so it only acquires location signals while it is above the water's surface. This results in large variations in positional accuracy.
