Norderstedt, October 22, 2025: G-SHOCK today presents a revolution for all G-SHOCK fans: The DWN-5600 is the first ring-shaped G-SHOCK with a shock-resistant construction and water resistance to 20 bar. The ring size represents the smallest watch ever built in the history of the Japanese brand.

The new DWN-5600 features the iconic shape of the DW-5600, yet unlike the original, it measures only about a tenth the size of a standard DW-5600UE. The shock-resistant and waterproof case, made of bio-based resin, measures 23.4 mm × 20 mm × 7.5 mm. The shock-resistant construction is achieved through the miniaturization of components, including the battery, and the use of high-density assembly technology that precisely arranges the components in a limited space.

The delicate shapes of the bezel and strap are precisely reproduced down to the smallest detail using an injection-molded process. The pushers, clasp, and case back are made of the same stainless steel as those used in G-SHOCK watches. The dial features a 6-digit digital LCD, identical to that of the 5600 models. Like all resin models, the strap features holes to adjust the watch to the wearer's finger size.

The DWN-5600 displays the time to the second and features a calendar, LED backlight, and stopwatch functions. The watch also features a dual time function that displays two different times simultaneously, making it extremely practical in the size of a finger ring.The DWN-5600 comes in specially designed packaging, presenting the watch as a valuable piece of a collection. The DWN-5600 collection will be available from November 4, 2025, at casio.com and select retailers for a suggested retail price of €99.00.
