Casio to Release G-SHOCK Commemorating International Women’s Day
Empowering All Women to Move Forward with Confidence
Tokyo, 8 March 2026 - Casio Computer Co., Ltd. announced today the release of the latest addition to the G-SHOCK family of shock-resistant watches. The new GMA-P2126W, which features the octagonal bezel design of the 2100 line, commemorates International Women’s Day.
The new GMA-P2126W is a special shock-resistant timepiece honoring the spirit of International Women’s Day. Building on the GMA-P2110 with its compact size and metallic ring bezel, this new watch presents a unified dark gray aesthetic that captures the deep, nuanced shading of a monochrome palette while suggesting self-assured strength. Gold-colored accents evoke rays of hope extending into the future. The dial incorporates metal materials to create an elegant, refined sheen. The key resin components used in the bezel and band are made with bio-based resin derived from renewable organic resources, reflecting consideration for reducing environmental impact.
With a design and size ideal for everyday wear, this watch combines strength and beauty, supporting women who move forward each day with positive confidence.

Casio will donate 5% of the proceeds from sales of this model in Japan to the Japanese Organization for International Cooperation in Family Planning (JOICFP), which works to build a world where all women are healthy and able to make their own life choices.
International Women’s Day
International Women’s Day, which takes place every year on March 8, was recognized by the United Nations in 1975. It is a day for celebrating the expanding opportunities for women to play impactful roles in peace, security, and development and to hold leadership positions in organizations and communities, as well as a time to consider how to achieve further progress.
