G-SHOCK presents the new GRAVITYMASTER:
The pilot’s watch for extreme conditions
Precision and toughness in a new cockpit design
Norderstedt, 9 June 2026 – G-SHOCK presents the new GRAVITYMASTER GW-B3000, designed for aviation. Featuring a new module, the watch combines precise timekeeping, high durability and modern comfort in a striking design. Thanks to solar-powered energy supply, as well as automatic time synchronisation via radio and smartphone link, the time can be reliably tracked worldwide at any time. High-quality sapphire crystal, water resistance up to 20 bar and G-SHOCK’s toughness make the GWR-B3000 a reliable choice, no matter where your journey takes you.
G-SHOCK’s Master of G series is aimed at professionals working in extreme conditions on land, at sea or in the air. The GRAVITYMASTER embodies the consistent further development of functionality, readability and robustness. Designed for use by pilots, it offers precisely the features that female pilots rely on, even under demanding conditions.
The GWR-B3000 is equipped with the newly developed TOUGH MVT. 2* (Tough Movement 2), which ensures precise timekeeping at all times. To rule out any disruption caused by magnetic fields or impacts, a mini optical sensor inside the watch checks every hour whether the zero position is still correct. In addition, the watch detects strong magnetic fields and temporarily stops the movement of the hands to prevent misalignment.
*TOUGH MVT. is a solar-powered analogue module with automatic time correction, developed to deliver the highest levels of precision, reliability and ease of use.
The watch is based on a dual-hollow case structure comprising several high-precision components, the development of which is supported by AI-assisted analyses of shock resistance. Extensive simulations of impact forces, centrifugal forces and vibrations are used to optimise each individual component specifically. Several metal components, manufactured using a complex process, are combined with shock-absorbing resin elements. The result is a sleeker case profile that offers a high level of comfort without compromising on the shock resistance typical of G-SHOCK.
A newly developed, matt dial completes the model. Microstructured surfaces ensure that incoming light is scattered and reflections are significantly reduced. This means the time remains easy to read at a glance, even during flight, and offers excellent visibility even in direct sunlight.
In line with CASIO’s purpose, ‘Together, creating what truly matters’, CASIO has been creating products with unique added value for decades. The company will continue to develop timepieces featuring advanced, proprietary shock-resistant technologies and functions to support professionals who face the most demanding challenges on a daily basis.
The GWR-B3000 series will be available from August 2026 at g-shock.com and from G-SHOCK PRO PARTNERS.
About G-SHOCK
G-SHOCK was born out of the idea and desire to create an indestructible watch. CASIO’s engineers followed the ‘Triple 10’ concept, which stipulated that the watch should survive a fall from a height of 10 metres, withstand water pressure of 10 bar and have a battery life of 10 years on a single battery. Since its launch in 1983, G-SHOCK has remained true to this concept and has continuously refined its models through ongoing development. The iconic brand has made a name for itself worldwide in the fields of fashion, sport and music. As a testament to this success, G-SHOCK celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2023.
