I would like to participate in the efforts of CASIO Computer Co. Ltd., 6-2, Hon-machi 1-chome, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 151-8543, Japan ("CASIO") and Casio Europe GmbH, Casio-Platz 1, 22848 Norderstedt, Germany ("CASIO Europe") to continuously improve their respective products and services for their customers by gaining a better understanding of their customers' needs and wishes. In this context, I consent to the processing of my personal data (in particular: country/region, gender (optional), year of birth, information about previous orders (e.g. name of the product or service purchased, limited payment information, order date, delivery status), order IDs, cookie-related data, information about my web behaviour and date and time of access to the CASIO Europe website) by CASIO and CASIO Europe, which includes:

(a) transferring my personal data from CASIO Europe to CASIO in Japan, a country for which the European Commission has determined that there is an adequate level of data protection;

(b) linking the personal data transferred with data already stored by means of an identifier (e.g. the CASIO ID);

(c) analysing my (combined) personal data to better understand my needs and wishes; and

(d) CASIO using the results of the analysis itself and/or transferring the results to CASIO Europe for its own use.

I understand that CASIO and CASIO Europe act as Joint Controllers in this respect, for which a Joint Controller Agreement has been entered into between CASIO and CASIO Europe. This Joint Controller Agreement duly reflects the respective roles and relationships of the Joint Controllers in relation to you. The key terms of the Agreement can be found here.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future (i.e. withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to withdrawal) in accordance with the procedures described in the Privacy Policy for the CASIO ID by CASIO and the Privacy Policy for the CASIO Europe website.
