Carbon Monocoque Case

Monocoque comes from aircraft and vehicle construction and refers to a housing that is made from a single part. In contrast to conventional housings, the monocoque has no connecting elements or edges that could break. The advantage is a much more stable housing with less mass and maximum breakage resistance. The result is an ultra-tough yet lightweight housing.
