Cobarion®

COBARION® is a metal alloy that was developed in collaboration between the University of Tohoku, Iwate Prefecture and the city of Kamaishi. COBARION® is twice as hard as stainless steel and has a surface that shines like platinum. It also contains virtually no nickel, which is a source of metal allergies, and can therefore be used in areas such as orthopaedic surgery, jewellery manufacture, etc.
