When I perform a calculation on my ClassWiz Series calculator, why does the result appear as a fraction?
1. The initial default setting of the calculator is MathI/MathO. With this setting, fraction format is given priority for calculation results. ClassWiz lets you change the setting to specify decimal value format for results.
Operation:
Press [SHIFT] [MENU] [1] (Input/Output) [2] to change the setting to MathI/DecimalO.
2. You can also use the operation below to change the format of the displayed value after calculation is complete.
・After calculation is complete, press the [S-D] key. This switches the displayed fraction to a decimal value.
Pressing [S-D] while a decimal value is displayed will switch it to a fraction value.
・During a calculation, press [SHIFT] [=] instead of [=].
