I installed the app to my Android smart device, but I can't work it.

It may not have been installed correctly. Please try the following: 1. Delete the data and cache of the app by selecting "Device settings> Apps> Chordana Play> Storage> Clear data". 2. Start Chordana Play If it still doesn't work, please try the following: 1. Uninstall Chordana Play. 2. Device settings> Google> Backup> Turn off backup to Google Drive. 3. Reinstall Chordana Play.

What are the supported OS and recommended environment?

"iOS", "iPad OS" and "Android" are supported. * "PC OS" is not supported. ＜iPhone＞ iOS 11 or later. ＜iPad＞ iPad OS 11 or later. ＜iPod touch＞ iOS 11 or later. ＜Android＞ Android 4.4 or later. RAM size of 2GB or more is recommended. * When you connect and use it with Casio keyboard, an OTG compatible device (terminal) with Android 6.0 or later is required. (Some terminals may not be available.) * When you use the wireless MIDI and AUDIO adaptor (our WU-BT10), an OTG compatible device (terminal) with Android 8.0 or later is required. (Some terminals may not be available.) * The device with Android 6.x and 7.x cannot use the lesson mode with Bluetooth connection. Which keyboard model can be connected with Bluetooth?

To connect with Bluetooth, your need to connect a wireless MIDI and AUDIO adaptor (our WU-BT10) to your instruments. Applicable models are CT-S1, CT-S400, CT-S410, LK-S450.

I cannot install the app.

Please confirm whether the RAM size is 2GB or more. And, please try the following: ・ Reconnect to either Wi-Fi or mobile line. ・ Install by another account.

I want to know whether my Android smart device can support the "Chordana Play" app.

Please try installing and working Chordana Play. If your smart device shows the following message at the first startup, you cannot connect the musical instruments. ･ If MIDI is not supported, the message of "Your device does not support MIDI" is displayed. ･ If Bluetooth MIDI is not supported, the message of "Your device does not support Bluetooth MIDI" is displayed.
