Battery and power supply

What do I do about a Power Issue with my keyboard?

Check all connections, battery, A/C, verify outlet is working.

Why does the power of my piano (or keyboard) suddenly turn off during playing? The low battery is not Indicated.

Check if the correct batteries specified in the users manual are used. Some models need to set the type of battery by the function of the piano (or keyboard). Please replace with new batteries, and note that you cannot mix the old batteries in it.

When using with batteries, the power will suddenly turn off in case of loud volume.

The battery may be weak. Please replace with new batteries or use the AC adaptor.

The power cannot be turned off.

To prevent erroneous operation, some models need a long press to the power button to turn off the power. If you want to turn off, please press and hold the power button for 1 second or longer. For models which do not require a long press, please remove AC adaptor or all batteries, and then reconnect AC adaptor or set the batteries according to the user's manual. Why does my piano (or keyboard) turn off by itself?

Some models have the auto-power off function. The piano (or keyboard) will turn off automatically to preserve power after a period of inactivity. To disable the auto-power off function, please refer to the users manual. If the power turns off automatically even if the auto-power off function is disabled, or the power turns off soon after the power turned on, there may be any failure.
