After applying ink, it OK to wipe with tissue paper without trying a test print?
Doing so is not recommended because tissue paper sticking to the two-sided tap on the stamp base may cause problems with stamped images.
Also, damage to the stamp face can result in ink leaking from the face. Perform a test stamping operation.
