Change the "Set Network Location" setting to "Home network" (for Windows 7) or "Private network" (Windows 8.1, 10).

Windows 10
Specify "Private network" for the network location setting.
(1) On the Start menu, click "Settings".
(2) Click "Network & Internet".
(3) Select the currently connected network.
(4) Click "Private".

Windows 8.1
Specify "Private network" for the network location setting.
(1) Bring up the Charms bar and then click "Settings".
(2) Click "Change PC settings".
(3) Click "Network".
(4) Select the currently connected network.
(5) Turn on "Find devices and content".(Turning this option on makes this a private network.)

Windows 7
Specify "Home network" for the network location setting.
(1) Click "Control Panel".
(2) Click "Network and Internet".
If the view is something other than Category,click "Network and Sharing Center" Go to step (4).
(3) Click "Network and Sharing Center".
(4) The network location will be shown in blue under "View your active networks" Click it.
(5) This displays the Set Network Location dialog box. Click "Home Network".
