Wi-Fi Connection

Connect the smartphone or computer to a wireless LAN router.

Follow the steps below. Connect by WPS bitton 1. Press "ON/Stand-by key" to turn the printer on.  · This will turn on power and cause the power lamp to light green. 2. On the printer, press "Wireless LAN key" to turn on wireless LAN. · This puts the printer into simple connection standby, which is indicated by the wireless LAN lamp flashing green, in two quick flash bursts. 3. Within about the next two minutes, press the WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) button of the wireless LAN router/access point you are using. 4. When a connection is established, the printer’s wireless LAN lamp lights green. 5. Connect the smartphone or computer to a wireless LAN router. Select connect device The Windows or Mac version of LABEL DESIGN MAKER is required. 1. Set the wireless LAN router information on this product. Connect this product to the computer using the USB cable. 2. Press "ON/Stand-by"key to turn the printer on.  · This will turn on power and cause the power lamp to light green. 3. Start "LABEL DESIGN MAKER".Click "Create a new label". 4. Click "Settings">"Wireless LAN settings". 5. Select "KL-P350W" and click "OK". 6. Click "Select connect device". 7. Select a router from the list and click "Next". If this product is not on the list:Click "Enter the network name(SSID)manually". 8. Enter the wireless LAN settings, such as the SSID and password. After you complete the settings, click the "Next" button.This completes the configuration for this product. 9. When a connection is established, the printer’s wireless LAN lamp lights green. 10. Disconnect the USB cable from the computer and this product.

Connecting to a Phone(KL-P350W)

Follow the steps below. * Features such as the display content differ depending on the OS version. iOS 1. Press "ON/Stand-by key" to turn the printer on.  · This will turn on power and cause the power lamp to light green. 2. On the printer, press "Wireless LAN key" to turn on wireless LAN. · This causes the wireless LAN lamp to flash green. 3. Use phone settings to specify the printer as the wireless LAN access point. KL-P350W SSID (initial default): CASIO KLPC18 AP Important! There may be a short delay between tapping the printer in the Wi-Fi list and the printer being connected.Wait until the wireless LAN symbol. If the “Unsecured network” message appears, using encryption in the printer’s wireless LAN settings may reduce the connection delay. 4. When a connection is established, the printer’s wireless LAN lamp lights green. 5. Set the connected printer in “LABEL DESIGN MAKER”. Android 1. Press "ON/Stand-by"key to turn the printer on.  · This will turn on power and cause the power lamp to light green. 2. On the printer, press "Wireless LAN"key to turn on wireless LAN. · This causes the wireless LAN lamp to flash green. 3. Use phone settings to specify the printer as the wireless LAN access point. KL-P350W SSID (initial default): CASIO KLPC18 AP Important! Some Android versions are configured to only use wireless LANs that provide an Internet connection. This product is not connected to an external network. Change the Wi-Fi settings on your smartphone. The procedure for changing the Wi-Fi settings varies depending on your smartphone. Check the User’s Guide for your smartphone. * f the printer connected to a network you did not specify, delete “CASIO KLPC18 AP”. 4. When a connection is established, the printer’s wireless LAN lamp lights green. 5. Set the connected printer in “LABEL DESIGN MAKER”.
