Can AC adaptors from other manufacturers be used?

Be sure to use the AC adaptor supplied with the scope body. Use of products other than those specified may result in damage or malfunction. If a malfunction is caused by using a product other than the specified product, it is not covered by the warranty.

At what magnification can it be observed?

The lens magnification is 6X. By attaching a conversion lens, magnification can be increased from 6x to 9x.

How can I remove the lithium-ion battery, when disposing of DZ-S50?

Water droplets (condensation) on the surface of the Dermatology scope and conversion lens. Is there any countermeasure?

Remove the conversion lens from the Dermatology scope and wait a few moments with the power switched off. The condensation will dissipate after a few tens of seconds. If the condensation does not disappear after a few tens of seconds, please contact your local office for further information on functions, operation and purchase. After observation, please remove the conversion lens from the Dermatology scope and store it.

Is it sometimes difficult to see when a conversion lens is fitted, is it faulty?

The position of the object to be observed is different before and after the conversion lens is fitted. After installation, the object will be easier to see if you move your eyes closer to the dermoscope. This is not a malfunction.
