Make sure that the heart rate measurement function of the watch is not turned OFF.? Displays when set to On while running or Always ON
On the G-SHOCK MOVE menu bar, tap "More" ⇒"Watch" on Settings ⇒ Training "Heart Rate" and check to make sure it is turned off. Displayed when set to "ON while running " or "Always ON".
