Can I turn off notifications to my watch?

You can only turn the batch notification ON/OFF. You can set this to ON/OFF in More> Settings> Watch> Sound / Vibe of the app. If you want to determine the notification settings for each app or system notification, change the settings on the OS.

Notifications such as messages to the smartphone do not reach the watch.

Please check the smartphone's Bluetooth settings and application connection status.? If you still do not receive notifications, check the notification settings? and the special notification settings on your smartphone, and make sure that the notification authority for G-SHOCK MOVE is ON.?

Can I turn off notifications to my watch?

Why doesn't the watch receive messages or other notifications sent to my phone?

Go to iPhone → Settings → Notifications and check the following settings for each application.? ・" Allow notifications" turned on. ・Go to Notifications → Lock screen. Make sure there is a check mark next to "Notification Center, Banner" for each notification.is checked for each. ・Make sure "Show preview" is set to "Always" or "Only when unlocked". ・For email, go to Mail→Notification. There you will find the above settings for each account.? ・For social networking applications such as LINE, check the notification settings in the application as well.

Do the watch and the app need to be connected via Bluetooth at all times?

Constant connection is recommended because the Bluetooth connection between the app and the watch not only displays the latest measurements of the watch on the app, it is also used to adjust the current time.

I do not receive notifications

1. Check the Bluetooth?mark on the watch (connection check). 2. Check the notification settings on the watch. 3. Check Android notification settings, special notification settings (model dependent), and iOS notification settings. 4. Are the sound and vibration turned off??

When I lose my Bluetooth connection, it does not automatically reconnect, or else the app stops working. 

Depending on the smartphone you use, the operation of apps in the background may be restricted. Deselecting Power Saving may make it easier to reconnect.

How many languages do the notifications support? 

Notifications are available in 30 languages. English, Australian English, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish, Finnish, Afrikaans, Basque, Breton, Catalonian, Danish, Gaelic, Icelandic, Indonesian, Irish English, Norwegian, Sami, Swahili, Swedish, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Russian, Arabic, Japanese

The map is not displayed in the acquired records.

Please check the following and try again. ・Make sure that your smartphone's location setting is ON. ・In places where the GPS signal is weak, such as indoors or around tall buildings, accurate location information may not be obtained and the map may not be displayed in the app. Try trying in an open area outdoors. ・Display the My Watch screen in the CASIO WATCHES app and tap your watch. If a message such as "Watch link terminated" or "Permission to access Location Info is turned off" is displayed, tap the appropriate button to enable the setting. ・If the message "Clock synchronization has stopped" is displayed on the "Home" screen of the G-SHOCK_MOVE app, tap the "Initiate Link" button to enable the setting.The "Initiate Link" display may be hidden, so please restart the app.

Why are notifications categorized incorrectly? Can notification categories be changed?

The Mail, SNS, Missed calls, Schedule, and Others categories are determined by each app, not the CASIO WATCHES phone app. The CASIO WATCHES phone app sends the categories from each app to the watch without changing them.? Because of this, it is not possible to assign categories or change how notifications are sorted with the CASIO WATCHES phone app.

Do I need to keep the app running at all times?

The application should always be left running so it can periodically adjust the watch's current time and display the latest watch readings in the application.

Why does an error message appear that keeps me from logging into the app with my CASIO ID?

Try the following to correct the problem.? ?・Change the login time and log in again ?・Restart your smartphone ?・Switch to mobile communication when communicating via Wi-Fi ?・Clear browser cache ?・Change the default browser to another browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) ?・Enable "JavaScprit" in your browser (only if you have disabled it before)

The map is not displayed in the logs on the My Page screen.

You can add a new watch from More> Settings> Watch> Manage.?

Is it possible to set notifications for the watch separately for each application?

You will receive notifications for those apps and systems for which notifications have been turned ON in the OS. If you want to determine the notification settings for each app or system notification, change the settings on the OS.

Is it possible to pair two watches with one smartphone and use them at the same time?

Yes, you can use them at the same time.

Can I add another user?

No, you can’t add other users.?

Can I change the sound that plays when the watch receives a notification?

You can only turn the sound ON/OFF. You cannot change the type of sound.

Is it possible to turn off the sound and vibration when the watch receives notifications?

Is it possible to change the sound and vibration settings for notification to the watch for each notification type?

Do the notifications also display emoji?

Emoji are not supported. They are displayed as "■".

If I delete an application, will all its history disappear?

If you reinstall the application and log in with the same CASIO ID, you can use it as you did before.?

Can I connect to training equipment (chest belt type heart rate sensor, power meter, etc.) that can be connected using other company's Bluetooth s?

When are the activity and life logs acquired?

These are obtained when there is new data on the watch, which occurs at the following times:? * When the application is launched * When the application is restored from background status? If it doesn’t update automatically, tap the update button at the top right of the home screen.?

A message saying "There was a problem communicating with your watch. Please try again." displays. 

The Bluetooth?connection with the watch is disconnected. Please wait a moment and then reconnect.

Can I change the vibration type when the watch receives a notification?

You can only turn the vibration ON/OFF. You cannot change the type of vibration.

If I set up a new pairing with another smartphone, will my history be transferred?

If you log in using the same CASIO ID, the history will be transferred.

What happens to my history when I add a new watch?

The watch activity/life log that was initially connected is not deleted, it remains in its current state.

What happens to my history if I cancel the pairing with my watch?

You can use it under the same conditions if you pair it again. If it remains un-paired, you will only be able to check the activity log.?

I want to cancel the pairing with the watch.

You can disconnect from More> Settings> Watch> Manage> Edit

Yes, you can use them at the same time. The activity log and life log totals for both watches is calculated and displayed in the app.? The phone app is displaying the following message: "If the watch is not moved for a certain amount of time, the connection will be terminated.” How much time is “a certain amount of time”?

Approximately one hour. However, if communication with a smartphone occurs during this time, this time may be extended by about 10 minutes.
