How do I link to STRAVA?

Please access our exclusive web service and log in using your CASIO ID. (https://cws.casio.com.cn/landing.html) On the Web screen, select "Settings" and then “STRAVA” to link to external applications, and then log in and register the new STRAVA service.? After establishing the link, data will be automatically transferred to STRAVA.

What is the Casio ID?

The Casio ID is a member ID for using various services provided by Casio. Once you have registered as a member, you can use the same ID for multiple services.

Do I need to change my registration if I use the app somewhere other than the location I originally selected?

Since the rules regarding the handling of personal information differ from country to country, you cannot change the region after registration. Please create a new Casio ID for the area you will be going to and use it at the new location.

What is the timing of lifelog transfer?

The lifelog is transferred from the watch to CASIO WATCHES at the timing below.? ・Immediately after the CASIO WATCHES phone app is displayed while connected to a phone. ・Immediately after reconnecting to a smartphone after the connection was lost. Can I use the application without a CASIO ID?

CASIO ID registration and login are required to use the watch phone app and web service.? ・Chinese users should use their C's CLUB ID.

Why is ACTIVITY DATA not being transferred?

Data is acquired when new data exists when any one of the following occurs. ・When the application is started up ・When the application is restored from the background state ・Immediately after the watch reconnects with your phone after disconnecting ・Immediately after your phone is turned on, the application is launched, and connection with the watch is established ・Immediately after completion of a measurement operation while the watch is connected with your phone

Select "Activities"> "History" from the menu bar, and tap the activity you want to share from the activity log list. You can share by tapping "Share" on the upper right side of the menu and following the directions on the screen. The apps and services that you will share depend on your smartphone.

I want to output activity and life log data.

The export function does not support activity or life logs.

Children under the age of 13 cannot register a Casio ID, so what needs to be done so that they can use the app?

Because the age at which usage is allowed is established by laws governing the acquisition of personal information in the county in which usage takes place, children under this age are not covered by this service.

If I unsubscribe with the Casio ID, can I continue to use the application?

You cannot use exclusive applications (exclusive Web services) without logging in using your Casio ID.

If I log in with a Casio ID, can I see the history of other watches that are using the same ID?

Yes, you can browse any historical data associated with a Casio ID. (However, which data belongs to which watch will not be shown)

I don't know the Web ID and password for G-SHOCK MOVE for Web.

Please log in to our exclusive web page. You can import TCX and GPS from the activity data list by clicking the "Import" button in the upper right.

I forgot my Casio ID.

The customer's email address is registered as the Casio ID used to log in. Please try this email address. You can reset your password by tapping on “If you forgot your password" on the login screen of the Casio ID website.

Yes, you can. Tap "More"> "User"> "Logout" on the menu bar and follow the onscreen instructions.

Does the CASIO WATCHES app support to link with external app?

CASIO WATCHES app support to link with following external app. ■iPhone ・Apple Health *Only watches that support step counting ・Strava *Only watches that support activity tracking ■Android ・Android Health Connect (Android 9 or higher) *Only watches that support step counting ・Strava *Only watches that support activity tracking Notes ・You must pair the watch and set up the connection via the "≡" icon > "External App Connection" menu. ・Android Health Connect does not support if the app's region is set to China or Russia.
