The third commemorative model to mark the 30 years since the first FROGMAN made a splash in 1993, this limited-edition timepiece revisits the bold design of the DW-8200NT debut in 2000 — the iconic asymmetrical FROGMAN shape with striking red band, bezel, and LCD. More than just a revival, the redesign evolves with a focus on reducing environmental footprint. Earth-friendly bio based resins are used in the bezel and band, and the Tough Solar feature is powered by a solar panel designed especially to complement the shape of the DW-8200 dial. For this very special 30th anniversary design, the popular diving frog so familiar to FROGMAN fans is engraved on the case back and displayed with the LED backlight.

A special design reborn
The DW-8200NT — a special model that launched in 2000 based on the second-generation FROGMAN, the DW-8200 — is back. State-of-the-art technologies are leveraged to faithfully reproduce everything from the distinctive exterior and dial components to the vivid red hue. The functionality has also been upgraded, with Tough Solar charging, a high-brightness LED backlight, and more included in the new watch.

The diving frog familiar to FROGMAN fans is engraved on the case back, inherited from the DW-8200’s design. In commemoration of the anniversary of the FROGMAN, the frog is accompanied by the word “30th” as well. The diving frog also appears on the LCD when the LED backlight is activated.
*Due to the screw-lock construction of the case back, the orientation of the logo and lettering on it may not match up perfectly with the dial.

The titanium case and screw-lock case back ensure an airtight seal. The watch satisfies ISO standards for water resistance, including button operability underwater, enabling its use for diving.
