[Important Notice] To customers using the smartphone app "CASIO WATCH+"

Thank you for always using CASIO products.
We will be ending support for the smartphone app "CASIO WATCH+" on August 31, 2025 (JST).
You can continue to use the app after the end of support date, but it may become unusable without notice due to smartphone OS updates, etc.

The following products can continue to be linked to smartphones using the "CASIO WATCHES" smartphone app.

*The EQB-500, EQB-510 and ECB-500 are not compatible with "CASIO WATCHES".
*The new email notification function of the EQB-501 is not supported by "CASIO WATCHES".
*Data transfer from "CASIO WATCH+" to "CASIO WATCHES" is not supported.
*"CASIO WATCHES" is compatible with smartphones running iOS 13 or later, and Android 8 or later.
*A CASIO ID is required to link your watch to your smartphone using "CASIO WATCHES".

● Procedure for switching to the "CASIO WATCHES" app
Delete the pairing information in the "CASIO WATCH+" app and pair with the "CASIO WATCHES" app.
*For EQB-700

1. Delete the pairing information in the "CASIO WATCH+" app.

If you are currently connected to the app, please disconnect it first.

Next, delete the pairing information.

2. Delete the pairing information from the watch.

The operation varies depending on the watch.
For operating procedures, refer to the sections "Unpairing" and "Troubleshooting" in the watch's instruction manual.

3. Perform the pairing operation using the "CASIO WATCHES" app.
