[Important Notice] To customers using the smartphone app "CASIO WATCHES"

Thank you for your continued use of the smartphone app "CASIO WATCHES".

Currently, some iOS device customers are seeing the message "Unable to connect to the network. Please check your communication settings."
even when the smartphone's connection status is normal.
As a result, we have confirmed that the app is unable to launch properly.

Please note that if you experience this issue and uninstall the app, some log data may be lost, so please refrain from uninstalling the app.

We have released an app that addresses the above issue and will gradually release it (CASIO WATCHES Ver. 4.1.3).
When you launch the app after updating, a re-authentication screen will appear.
Be sure to tap "Re-authenticate" and log in with your CASIO ID again before using the app.
*Do not tap "Logout." Doing so may result in the loss of some log data.

If the re-authentication screen does not appear after launching the app, or if the app still cannot be launched properly,
please refrain from logging out or uninstalling the app, as some log data may be lost.
We will continue to notify you via "Announcements" once the solution has been completed.
