Currently, some iOS device customers are seeing the message "Unable to connect to the network. Please check your communication settings."
even when the smartphone's connection status is normal.
As a result, we have confirmed that the app is unable to launch properly.

Please note that if you experience this issue and uninstall the app, some log data may be lost, so please refrain from uninstalling the app.

We have released an app that addresses the above issue and will gradually release it (CASIO WATCHES Ver. 4.3.1).
If the re-authentication screen appears, please be sure to tap "Reauthenticate"
Do not tap "Log out." If you do, some log data may be lost.

However, for some customers, even after tapping "Reauthenticate" and entering their CASIO ID, they may be returned to the re-authentication screen.
If you have multiple CASIO IDs, please try re-authenticating with a different CASIO ID.
Please also try the steps provided in "Cannot Log In to the App" at this link.
If re-authentication still fails, you will need to log out and then log back in. however, some log data cannot be restored.

After re-authenticating, you can check whether any log data might be at risk of being lost by following the steps below.
　On the "My Page" screen, tap the [≡] icon in the top-right corner > About this app > User data status.

If the "User data status" field displays a date, your log data is not at risk of being lost.
If it displays anything other than a date, please wait a while for it to update to a date.
