[Important Notice] To customers using the smartphone app "CASIO WATCHES"

Thank you for your continued use of the smartphone app "CASIO WATCHES".
Currently, we have confirmed an issue where pairing with the following watches fails on Google Pixel smartphones running Android OS version 16.
・GBD-H2000
・DW-H5600
・GPR-H1000
We have confirmed that this issue is caused by a system update implemented by Google on or after November 1, 2025.
If pairing fails, you may be able to connect by performing the following steps. Please try them.
[Procedure]
Note: After pairing fails, do not delete the pairing information from either the smartphone OS or the watch, but continue with the following steps.
1. Select “My Watch” at the bottom of the “CASIO WATCHES” app screen, then select the watch you want to pair again.
2. Select “Pair Watch”.
3. When the “Pairing Preparation” screen appears, select “Next”.
Note: Please confirm that all permissions displayed on the screen are granted.
4. When the “Pair Watch” screen appears on the app, perform the “CONNECT” operation on the watch itself.
