FAQ | Label Printers, Disc Title Printer and Stamp Maker

I receive a message saying the disc title printer is unplugged or turned off.
Please try the following procedure.
1. On your PC, open Device Manager. To do this, go to Start, then click Control Panel, then double-click the System icon. Depending on the version of Windows you are using, there may be a Device Manager tab, or a Hardware tab with a button labeled Device Manager.
2. Look for any device that has an icon with an exclamation point (!). You may find this under "Other Devices" (USB Device).
3. Double-click that device, select the Driver tab, and then select Update Driver.
4. Allow the system to automatically search for and install the driver.
5. Click FINISH when complete.
After doing the above procedure, retry printing.
