This section answers the most frequently asked questions about after-sales service, operations, and features received by the Repair Service Center.
In the following cases, your product may not be able to be repaired.
- If the diagnosis shows that there are multiple areas to be repaired
- If the product is severely corroded or damaged due to mud, water exposure, or falling
- If plastic (exterior) parts have deteriorated and broken due to daily use
- If there are cracks or other abnormalities in the plastic parts that may be damaged by the repair service
- If it is disassembled or has exterior parts removed
- If there is evidence that the product has been disassembled by someone other than our company or Casio Techno
- If there is evidence that the replacement part has been removed or the same defective part has been re-installed after being replaced by the repair service.
- If the defect is minor and does not impair function or performance
