Troubleshooting for Smartphone connectivity issues (OPPO)
The operation related to smartphone connectivity may become unstable depending on the settings of your smartphone.

・Turn on "Allow Background Activity" for the app
1. Select [Settings] > [Apps] > [App management] > [CASIO WATCHES] > [Battery usage]
2. Turn on "Allow background activity"
・Turn off "Optimize battery use" for the app
1. Select [Settings] > [Battery] > [More settings] > [Optimize battery use]
2. Set the "CASIO WATCHES'' app setting to "Don't optimize".
・Turn on "Auto launch" for the app
1. Select [Settings] > [Apps] > [Auto launch]
2. Turn on the "CASIO WATCHES" app settings.
・Turn off "Power saving mode" and "Super power saving mode"
1. Select [Settings] > [Battery] > [Power saving mode]
2. Turn off "Power saving mode" and "Super power saving mode".
・Disabling the function to automatically stop app
1. Launch the "CASIO WATCHES" app.
2. Select "≡" on the navigation bar at the bottom of the smartphone screen to open the task manager screen.

3. Select “…” at the top right of the “CASIO WATCHES” app. (The "Lock" and "Split screen" menus will be displayed.)

4. Select "Lock"
Once locked, a lock icon will be displayed at the top right of the CASIO WATCHES app screen.
While this icon is displayed, the app will not be stopped automatically.
*The lock will be released when you close the app.
・If you restart your smartphone or turn Bluetooth off/on
Please start CASIO WATCHES once.
