Payment
Payment for all orders must be made via the checkout page. We accept payments by all major credit cards and debit cards.
Please note that online payment transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer and we are not responsible if your card issuer declines to authorize payment for any reason. We also carry out a standard pre-authorization check on you payment and your order will not be dispatched until pre-authorization check has been completed. It is also possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee, please consult your card issuer for further details.
Return & Exchange Policy
Defective item is legible for replacement only in thecountry of purchase and shall apply only in case there is a manufacturing defect in the mechanism, hands and dial given that ALL the following conditions aremet:
- Timepiece has not been subjected to physical abuse, mishandling, improper use, negligence or unauthorized repair.
- Timepiece must be returned within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
- Timepiece is returned on its complete and originalpackaging.
- Timepiece is returned with its duly filled warranty card and original sales receipt.
- Timepiece is subject to inspection, discretion and further judgment on the part of the service center.
Additional conditions for online purchases:
- Timepiece is re-wrapped and inside the box or pouch with care, and in good condition as per original delivery.
- Timepiece is in a well-sealed box or pouch if sending back via courier service
Please note:
- If you received a timepiece that you did not order, we will arrange the pick-up and replacement of your order free of charge.
- If you received a timepiece which you believe has a manufacturer’s defect or is faulty upon receiving, please read our Warranty information and instructions. We will arrange the pick-up and replacement or repair of your timepiece free ofcharge.

The customer shall NOT have any claim under this warranty for repair or adjustment expenses if upon inspection it is found that:
- The problem is caused by improper, rough or careless treatment;
- The problem is caused by a fire or other natural calamity;
- The problem is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by anyone other than a CASIO service center;
- The case, glass, battery, or band is damaged or worn;
- The proof of purchase is not presented when requesting service; or
- The warranty period has expired.
Warranty Period
- Battery – 6mos warranty upon purchase
- Mechanism – 1yr warranty upon purchase
- Hands and Dial – 1yr warranty upon purchase
Order Changes
Changing an order is allowed as long as we have not dispatched your order. For changes or issues on your order, please send your Complete Name, Order Number, and what you want to change to customercare@exodus-time.com
Note: We can only change item/s in your order of the same amount.
Shipping
Exodus Time Industries Inc. delivers nationwide. However, shipping fees will vary depending on your location.
Delivery
We are committed to fulfilling your order within 24 hours of receiving it. However, delivery timing will depend on your location:
Metro Manila – 1 to 3 days
Luzon – 3 to 5 days
Visayas and Mindanao – 5 to 7 days
Order tracking
For every successful order, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email from us.
Order not received
If you believe you did not receive your order or item, please contact us immediately. Please send your Complete Name, and Order Number to customercare@exodus-time.com.
