An ECO-friendly Calculator is an environmentally conscious product that meets Casio’s independently established “Casio Calculator ECO STANDARDS.” These calculators reduce CO2 emissions by using recycled plastics and adopting paper packaging to decrease virgin plastic usage. This promotes the utilization of sustainable resources. As a manufacturing company, we are committed to producing products that contribute to realizing a sustainable society.

The “Casio Calculator ECO STANDARDS” reflect our past environmental initiatives and future commitments toward environmentally conscious and sustainable product manufacturing. Calculators that meet all of these evaluation criteria are designated as “Casio ECO-friendly Calculators.”
Casio Calculator ECO STANDARDS Evaluation Criteria
Plastic recycled material utilization rate of 40% or more *1
Environmentally conscious paper packaging
Specified chemical substances must not exceed standard values *2
Use of lead-free solder
Battery can be easily removed for separate disposal
