Delivery, Fast, Flexible, and Fuss-Free
We’re here to get your order to you quickly and reliably. Here’s how we do that:
Orders will be dispatched on working days only, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
UK Mainland:
Standard Delivery – £2.95
Free on orders over £50
Estimated: 2–4 business days after dispatch
Express Delivery – £5.00
Estimated: 1–2 business days after dispatch
Republic of Ireland:
Standard Delivery – £10.00
Estimated: 7–10 business days (Due to the occasional high demand, deliveries may take a little longer, please allow up to 12 days just in case)
Customs fees apply and are collected by the courier before delivery.
Piano Delivery, Smooth Arrivals
Ordering a piano? Great choice.
We use TNT for all large piano deliveries, a safe, ground-floor drop-off service.
We’ll reach out within 48 hours to schedule your delivery
Delivery window: Monday–Friday, between 8am–6pm
No deliveries on weekends or Bank Holidays
Premium Piano Delivery, The VIP Treatment
Bringing music to your doorstep, literally.
We deliver all large pianos with our trusted partner Pianospeed, so you’re in great hands. Here's what you can expect:
- Premium service: Delivery and assembly right to your ground floor, no heavy lifting on your end.
- Scheduling made easy: Pianospeed will contact you within 48–72 hours (Mon–Fri) to book a delivery day that suits you.
- Deliveries are Monday–Friday, between 8am–6pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

Click & Collect, Your Order, Your Way
Want to pick it up yourself? We’ve got you covered.
Choose Click & Collect at checkout for pick-up at a Royal Mail Post Office of your choosing.
Ready in 2–4 business days after dispatch
Don’t forget to bring a valid ID & Tracking Number when collecting. Otherwise they may turn you away.
All Click & Collect orders are handled by Parcel Force, delivering Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm.
Returns – Not quite right? No problem.
You’ve got 28 days to return your order, no questions asked, as long as it’s unused, in mint condition, and in its original packaging with original contents (swing tags, manual, warranty card).
Used it already? If it’s not in resalable condition, we can’t take it back, unless it’s faulty, then we’ve got you covered.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Fill in the returns form included in your parcel. Be sure to complete all sections or this may delay your refund.
Repack your item with all original packaging and contents.
Send it back via a tracked and signed courier service.(Sorry, return postage isn’t covered.)
