TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. A complimentary set of premium Bowers and Wilkins Px7 S2e headphones in Cloud Grey finish can be claimed with eligible purchases of qualifying PX-S7000 digital pianos. Qualifying models available for the promotion are Casio PX-S7000HM, PX-S7000BK and PX-S7000WE Models only.
2. Promotion commences and only applies to sales completed between August 14th 2026 - December 31st 2026.
3. Limited stock availability - This offer is only available whilst stock of the participating headphones are available as well as stock of PX-S7000 pianos until December 31st 2026.
4. Claims are only valid for transactions which are completed in full, including receipt of delivery during the promotional period. Back ordered stock of PX-S7000 pianos which are later fulfilled outside of this promotional period will not qualify for a complimentary set of headphones.
5. Final promotional headphones claim closing date is January 14th 2027 for sales transactions completed between August 14th 2026 - December 31st 2026 only.

7. Important: These headphones are not passive. Battery power is required for operation regardless of whether they are used wirelessly or connected via the included audio cable. Ensure the headphones are charged before use.
8. Purchases of second hand, refurbished or reconditioned Casio PX-S7000 pianos will not qualify for this promotion. Qualifying purchases will only be accepted from genuine authorised Casio retailers based in the United Kingdom or Ireland who have an active trading account with Casio Electronics Co.Ltd and/or Halnon Distribution (Ireland) - PX-S7000 purchases made via retailers based outside of these areas will not qualify. Purchases from Thomann, Bax Shop, Woodbrass, Amazon Europe, Musicstore and any other retailer outside the UK will not be eligible for this promotion.
9. The promotion is only available to residents of the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland and sales fulfilled by authorised Casio resellers in these territories.
10. No retrospective claims for prior purchases of PX-S7000 pianos before August 14th 2026 are accepted.
11. No cash alternative offered.
12. This promotional offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Casio offer.
13. Casio Electronics Co. Ltd. reserve the right to make any changes or void this promotion at any time without incurring any liability whatsoever.
14. All claimants are deemed to be bound by the above terms and conditions for this promotional offer.
15. Should any purchase be cancelled and the PX-S7000 piano returned to the retailer within 28 days of purchase, headphones must be returned alongside the piano.

HOW TO CLAIM

2. Complete the necessary details in the form and upload a photo of your receipt as proof of purchase.
3. Your submitted claim form will be verified and your headphones will be sent to you once verified by Casio.

DATA

1. We intend to use your data in relation to fulfilling the delivery of eligible headphones. We will not communicate with you further unless you have opted into our Casio Music E-Newsletter.
2. Transaction Data will be held for 7 years.
3. You have the right to withdraw from the promotion at any time and request the removal of your personal information from our system. You can do this by contacting Casio Electronics Co.Ltd.
