EDIFICE x Honda Racing
EDIFICE SOSPENSIONE

ECB-2000HR-1AER

My GShock

This new collaboration embraces a tricolour scheme of red, blue, and white, representing the proud spirit of racing, incorporated into a design overseen by Honda. The watch is based on the EDIFICE SOSPENSIONE ECB-2000, a model embodying a “real motorsports” worldview.  Honda Racing Corporation (HRC) leads Honda’s core racing efforts and plays a key role in this partnership, which has evolved since 2018 through a shared commitment to cutting-edge technology in its global pursuits. Each colour is symbolic: red stands for the passion to win, blue for advanced technology, and white reflects a connection with motorsports enthusiasts. These colours are integrated into the watch’s design, appearing on the carbon bezel's numeric markings, the dial ring's minute indicators, and the LCD's feature markers. The band is crafted from blue fabric with red and white stitching, and its underside is strikingly red. Detailed engravings on the metal band loop further highlight the symbolic meanings of each colour. The watch features carbon materials for the case and bezel, while the band is made from Alcantara, a material renowned for its use in luxury sports cars. Its case design is inspired by Formula car suspension, with lugs configured in a four-arm arrangement, resembling the suspension setup in race cars. Carbon fibre-reinforced resin ensures both durability and lightweight performance. Unique design elements include a stitched emblem bearing the HRC logo and a Honda racing engine valve and connecting rod illustration, reflecting the HRC’s racing spirit. The watch comes in special packaging with a custom design, and its main features include smartphone connectivity, scratch resistance, solar power, stopwatch data transfer, five daily alarms, and a hand shift function.
