EFK-100XPB-1A

My GShock

Introducing the EFK-100XPB — a timeless three-hand analogue model from EDIFICE, now reimagined with a cutting-edge forged carbon exterior to deliver both high rigidity and light weight. Crafted from the same high-performance forged carbon found in elite sports cars, the dial and case embody the spirit of speed and innovation — unmistakably EDIFICE in style and attitude. This advanced composite, made by compressing carbon fibre and resin at high temperatures, is both lighter and stronger than traditional metal. Driving the hands is a precision mechanical movement, echoing the refined power of a high-revving engine. Housed in a sleek 40mm case, it features a see-through back that puts the inner workings proudly on display — a true nod to mechanical mastery. Every detail speaks to quality: elevated indexes, a sharply contoured case and bezel, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, and a durable urethane band with a secure tri-fold deployment clasp. With water resistance up to 100 meters, the EFK-100XPB is built to keep up — wherever the road takes you. A watch engineered for those who live for performance, precision, and the pulse of the drive.

Forged carbon: Solid functional beauty

EFK-100XPB

The EFK-100XPB is the first EDIFICE watch to feature forged carbon — a material also used in high-end sports cars — in its dial and case. By incorporating this state-of-the-art material, which delivers both strength and light weight, the design captures the sports car worldview of constantly speeding toward ever higher performance, expressed in a uniquely EDIFICE style.

Forged carbon band

Originally developed in the aerospace sector and now increasingly utilized in the automotive industry, forged carbon is a composite material made by kneading carbon fiber into resin and then forging it in a press die at high temperatures under intense pressure. Delivering both high rigidity and light weight, this advanced material features beautiful, distinctive marbled patterns created in the manufacturing process.

Mechanical movement: Shown off with a see-through case back

To incorporate a drive system as passionate and dynamic as those that power sports cars, a mechanical movement has been introduced, offering a power reserve of around 40 hours and an average daily rate of -35 to +45 seconds. See-through case back design offers views of the movement in motion, offering the enjoyment of the unique charms of a mechanical watch.

Dial design A refined look with fine detailing

The simple dial, featuring three hands and a date display, highlights the distinctive aesthetic of the forged carbon and other design elements. The hour and minute hands, with hollowed sections and phosphorescent tips, blend a sporty aesthetic with excellent visibility in the dark. The sweep-motion seconds hand glides gracefully, marking the passage of time. Details such as a mirror finish on the beveled edges of the bar indexes and a ground finish on the dial ring enhance the watch with a sophisticated sense of texture. In addition to two models with forged carbon dials, the lineup also includes colored dial models that replicate the texture of forged carbon using electroforming.
