OFFICIAL RULES

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. or D.C., 18 or older in their state or jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Employees (and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, of Casio America, Inc. ("Sponsor"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Promotion. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion beginning November 1, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) through March 31st, 2024 at 11:50 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) (the "Promotion Period").

HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, sign up for the Casio Education eNewsletter with at least the required fields "First Name", “Email”, and "State" pursuant to the onscreen instructions and submit your information to receive one (1) entry. Limit one entry per email address throughout the Promotion Period. Entries received from any email address more than the stated limitation will be void. Entries generated by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Entries become the property of the Sponsor. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Entrants must have a valid email address and it is the entrant's responsibility to update the Sponsor of any change in email address.

ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter without a digital signup, send a letter with your name and return mailing address to receive one (1) entry. There is a limit of one entry per household. Entries via this method are exclusive and cannot be combined with digital signups. Address your letter to: Casio EdTech c/o Dave Shaw, 570 Mount Pleasant Avenue, Dover, NJ 07801. Names and addresses will be securely shredded at the conclusion of the promotion.

RANDOM DRAWINGS & WINNER NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing held at the beginning of each calendar month. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners do not need to be present. Potential Prize winners may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, publicity release within fourteen (14) days of date of issuance. If such documents are not returned within the specified time period, if the Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, price will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected for the applicable drawing. Price awards are subject to verification of eligibility, validation of compliance with these Official Rules. No more than the number of prices stated herein will be awarded. If, for whatever reason, the Sponsor receives more valid prize claims for any drawing than the number of prizes stated herein, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, award the stated number of prizes at issue for among all non-suspect, eligible claims received for such a prize.

PRIZES: (Five (5) prizes available): One (1) winner will receive one (1) fx-9750GIII graphing calculator of approximate retail value ("ARV") of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) each month (November 2023, December 2023, January 2024, February 2024, March 2024.) Prizes are awarded "as is'' with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by the Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or greater value. The Sponsor reserved the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prizes (or portions thereof) with one of comparable value. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of not specified herein as being awarded are the sole responsibility of the winners. All prize details are at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, inaccurate, misdirected, damaged, delayed, incorrect, or undelivered entries; or other errors of any kind whether human, printing, typographical, or otherwise relating to or in connection with this Promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, the cancellation or postponement of the Promotion, or in any Promotion-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion or otherwise. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion or who are otherwise in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Should any portion of the Promotion be unable to run as planned for any reason, including if, in the Sponsor's sole opinion, the Promotion is compromised by non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the and, if terminated, select the potential winners for the monthly random drawing(s) at issue from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the applicable drawing(s)prior to action taken. Entrants, by participating, agree that the Sponsor, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties'') will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize or participation in this Promotion. By acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, winner grants permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet and world wide web, in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval.
