Read Before Completing Survey

Thank you for your purchase of a Casio Electronic Musial Instrument ! 

Casio America, Inc. ("Casio") would appreciate your feedback regarding your purchase and use of a Casio Electronic Musical Instrument ("EMI Product"). All customers who answer Casio's brief survey ("Survey") will be directed to useful information to provide helpful hints so you can get the most out of your EMI Product.  The Survey will be active during the period beginning 1^st April, 2023 at 12:00 a.m. EDT

Please review these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully. Void where prohibited by law.

Eligibility. Purchase Required.

To complete the Survey, you must: (1) purchase a Casio EMI Product; (2) be at least 18 years of age; and (3) reside in one of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia or Canada. Casio is not responsible for lost, garbled, or delayed Surveys.

How To Participate.

To participate, you must first purchase a Casio EMI Product and scan the QR Survey Invitation in the product carton/box. This will take you to the Survey webpage, where you will complete the Survey form and submit it.

Survey submissions that are incomplete or that are generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void and not eligible to participate. Casio reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Survey should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of this Survey.

Casio reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of this Survey or who violates these Terms. Casio has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of this Survey, to void responses for any reason, including, but not limited to, multiple responses from the same customer in excess of that allowed by these Terms or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means of responding.  

Privacy Policy.

All personal information you provide in connection with the Survey will be handled in accordance with Casio’s Privacy Policy. Any personal information you provide for the Survey will not be used for marketing purposes; however, other information you provide or may have previously provided to Casio (for example, when registering the EMI Product) may be used for marketing and other purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptance of Terms.

By completing the Survey, each purchaser fully and unconditionally agrees to these Terms and to Casio’s Terms of Sale, which are incorporated by reference. Casio America reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person found to be tampering with the Survey or acting in violation of these Terms.
