How Do I Verify my Status?

FAQ's

Who is Eligible for the Medical Professional Discount?
Doctors, nurses and technicians are eligible.  For Medical Professional validation, you must (1) be a medical professional currently licensed in the United States and (2) be a member of an eligible branch of the medical profession. You must also be currently working in the healthcare field or have an active medical license or certification.  Only medical professionals with an M.D. or D.O. license should apply under the status of “Doctor.” Other medical doctors (e.g. dentists, chiropractors) should apply under a status of “Other Health Worker.”  More information about validation is available on the SheerID validation form.   

Who is Eligible for the First Responder Discount? 
US first responders and emergency personnel - including law enforcement, EMTs, paramedics, and firefighters. More information about validation is available on the SheerID validation form.

Casio – First Responder and Medical Professional Discount Terms & Conditions

You can now verify your eligibility for a limited time, until December 23rd at 11:59pm (Eastern Time), and you can redeem your coupon until December 31, 2024 at 11:59pm (Eastern Time). 

Promotion:  Eligible First Responders or Medical Professionals , as verified by our partner SheerID, can receive a limited time promotional code (Promo Code).  Casio is not involved in the verification and is not responsible if SheerID cannot verify your eligibility or makes an incorrect decision regarding your eligibility.  The Promo Code can be only redeemed for purchases on Casio's website: https://www.casio.com/us/. Once you receive a Promo Code, you can only use it once.  You cannot apply for, receive, or use a second Promo Code.   

Limitations.  This promotion is not combinable with other offers.  It is not transferable and your Promo Code is not redeemable for cash, gift cards, credit, or towards previous purchases.  If you cancel an order or return goods purchased with your Promo Code, you cannot reuse it or get a new Promo Code.

Maximum Redemption Amount.   The Promo Code can be applied to items from the G-Shock and Baby-G products lines.  Each item must have a retail price of less than $1,000.

Exclusions.  Certain items on Casio's website are excluded from this promotion.  This includes:  gift cards, subscription services, tax, shipping charges, and previously discounted items.

Promotional Period.  The Promotion begins on December 26th, 2024 at 10:00 am (Eastern time) and continues through December 23rd, 2024 at 11:59 pm (Eastern time). The Promo Codes will expire on December 31st, 2024 at 11:59 pm (Eastern time). Only the first 6000 customers to successfully complete the SheerID verification process will receive a Promo Code. Once that limit is reached, the promotion will end even if before the end date identified above.  Casio reserves the right to cancel or end this Promotion at any time and for any reason.
