Points will be shown in "My Account" as pending for 45 days after purchase. Points will be available for redemption on the 46th day.

Points are rewarded only to CASIO ID Members who are part of the G-SHOCK Point Program through purchases of G-SHOCK and BABY-G watches on gshock.casio.com/us or casio.com/us/. Purchases made at the G-SHOCK Soho store or other G-SHOCK retailers, and sale or outlet items are not part of the loyalty points program at this time.

$1 spent = 1 point, up to 1000 points per product (per unit). Points are earned on purchases of G-SHOCK and BABY-G watches only from Casio/G-SHOCK websites and are calculated based on the net purchase amount of watches before shipping and taxes.

No, points will begin to accrue only after joining the G-SHOCK Points Program.

Points can only be awared on G-SHOCK and BABY-G watch purchases on Casio/G-SHOCK websites. No points will we awarded for in-store purchses.

Your points will expire 24 months after your last qualifying purchase.

Log in with your CASIO ID and navigate to My Account where you will find a link to your Point Program Dashboard.

REWARDS

Log in with your CASIO ID and navigate to My Account where you will find a link to Redeem Points. At the top left, you'll find a drop-down with instructions on how to redeem. Multiple reward items can be selected per order. Points cannot be applied to G-SHOCK or BABY-G watch purchases and can only be redeemed for reward merchandise.

Log in with your CASIO ID, navigate to My Account and click on "Redeem Points".

You can choose as many items as your points balance will allow. There is a purchase limit of 2 units per item.

No, all reward redemptions are final. Reward items are not eligible for returns.

Log into your CASIO ID Account. In the Sidebar Menu, Click "G-SHOCK Points Program". In the order table, under "Activity" Click on the link for your most recent reward order to see its current status.

Log into your CASIO ID account. In the Sidebar Menu, click Change Member Information. When your Current Details appear, Click the Change button. Uncheck the box "I agree to the G-SHOCK Points Program & click Update. The easiest way is to contact Customer Support.

Once you decide to leave the program, you will no longer have access to previous points earned or the ability to redeem.

If you are not a CASIO ID member, you'll need to sign up for CASIO ID first. Through that process, you can elect to join the G-SHOCK Points Program.

If you are a CASIO ID Member, Sign In and Click on My Account. Then in the sidebar menu, click on the G-SHOCK Points Program link.

Not yet. To receive points for rewards and access program benefits, you must enroll in the G-SHOCK Points Program. This is different than creating a CASIO ID accout or signing up to receive emails. Enroll here.
