Bluetooth

Bluetooth connection is disconnected.

If the transmitter and receiver are too far apart, Bluetooth may disconnect or become unstable. Please be careful not to get too far from the transmitter during performance.

Interruptions or delays occur in the effect.

DIMENSION SHIFTER uses the 2.4GHz frequency band, same as Wi-Fi devices. If Wi-Fi routers are nearby, such problems may occur. Turn off unused Wi-Fi routers or Bluetooth devices, or keep them as far away as possible. Also, when using guitar wireless systems in the same frequency band simultaneously, sound or effect interruptions and delays may occur.
