Troubleshooting

Doesn't work

Connection is complete but the effect doesn't change, or I can't get the desired change.

Please check the product settings according to your symptoms. Issue Check Items Solution Is the HOLD function activated on the transmitter/receiver? If the reverse/hold power LED on the transmitter is lit green, briefly press the hold/calibration button to turn the LED off or change it to cyan. If the output power LED near the terminal connected to the effector on the receiver is lit blue, briefly press the hold button to change the LED to green or cyan. Is the expression pedal/footswitch set to active on the connected effector? Please check the operation by connecting the genuine expression pedal/footswitch. If the setting is not active, refer to the instruction manual for the relevant effector and configure the setting accordingly. Small amount of effect change Is the minimum value setting knob turned to the right? Turn the minimum value setting knob fully to the left and check again. The amount of effect change may be reduced depending on the position of this knob. Feeling a discrepancy between effect changes and transmitter extension/contraction When you extend/contract the transmitter, do the receiver's indicator LEDs light up one by one from all off to all on? If the LEDs do not behave as described above, perform the calibration procedure on the transmitter again. If the distance between the minimum and maximum output positions is insufficient, the output value may not change properly. Is the effector and receiver connected with a stereo cable? Please use a stereo cable. If a mono cable is used, the system may not function correctly. Is the receiver's mode switch set appropriately? Check the mode switch setting. If the terminal on the connected effector supports an expression pedal but the receiver’s mode switch is set to SW, or if the terminal supports a footswitch but the receiver’s mode switch is set to PDL, proper operation will not occur. Is the receiver's TRS switch set appropriately? Try each of the three TRS switch settings and confirm which one operates correctly. For the TRS pin configuration of each setting, refer to the diagram in “Functions/Usage > Compatible Equipment > What kind of effectors are supported?” Additionally, for the compatible pin arrangement of your effector, refer to the effector’s instruction manual.
