After my Moflin returned from Clinic (Repairs), the “Moflin not found” screen appears in MofLife. What should I do?
Please check the following first: Make sure Moflin’s power is on. Make sure your smartphone’s Bluetooth is enabled. If the “Moflin not found” screen still appears, the pairing may have been reset. In that case, delete the relevant Moflin from the “My Moflins” list in MofLife, then register (pair) it again by following these steps: In the “MofLife” app, tap “My Moflins“ in the menu (≡) to view the list of registered Moflins. Tap the “🖊” next to the relevant Moflin to open the edit screen. Tap “Delete this Moflin“. Select [Execute] to delete the registration. *Even if you delete the Moflin from the list, you can view saved Journal (interaction records with Moflin) by registering again. Tap [+ Add Moflin] and follow the on-screen instructions to register your Moflin again.
