Are there any precautions when requesting Recovery?

No Journal (interaction records with Moflin) are found in the cloud. When requesting a Recovery, please be sure to check the "Recovery data updated at" in the Moflin Settings within MofLife, and make your request using the email address associated with your CASIO ID used in MofLife. About the restored data: The data restored through Recovery will reflect the status as of the "Recovery data updated at" shown in the Moflin Settings within MofLife. * Depending on when you tap [New records available] in MofLife, the date may not match exactly. For the most up-to-date restoration, we recommend uploading records frequently. * Please click here for instructions on uploading a Journal. When requesting Recovery: The owner who saved the Journal (interaction records with Moflin) must apply for Clinic (Repairs). If someone else applies, Recovery cannot be performed.
