What is the crowdfunding version of Moflin?

The crowdfunding version of Moflin was provided as a reward for successful fundraising on Kickstarter and Indiegogo between 2022 and September 2024. For differences from the CASIO version, please check here.

Can I use the MofLife and support services with the crowdfunding version of Moflin?

The dedicated app MofLife and support/services provided by CASIO are available only for Moflin units sold by CASIO from November 2024 onward. Crowdfunding versions provided as rewards by Vanguard Industries Inc. are third-party products developed and manufactured by Vanguard Industries under license from CASIO. Therefore, the crowdfunding version cannot use the MofLife app, Clinic (Repairs) or related inquiries. For inquiries about the crowdfunding version, please check here.

How can I tell if my Moflin is a crowdfunding version or a CASIO version?

If you received Moflin as a gift and are unsure whether it is a CASIO or crowdfunding version, you can check the Moflin and Moflin Bed (charger). Pull the tab on the fastener concealed in your Moflin’s fur to open the fastener and compare the area around the power button with the reference image below. Compare the structure of the inside of the Moflin Bed and the position of the power cable socket with the reference image below.
