“Moflin not found” is displayed. What should I do?
Please check the following and try connecting again: Moflin’s power may be off. Stroke or hug Moflin to see if it is moving. If not, charge and turn it on. Bluetooth on your smartphone may be off. Turn on Bluetooth in your settings. Some phones require enabling Bluetooth for each app. Location or nearby device permissions may be off. Enable these permissions in your phone’s settings. Some phones require this for each app. Moflin may be paired with another smartphone. Moflin can only be paired with one smartphone at a time. Turn off Bluetooth or close the “MofLife” app on the other device before pairing. Registering with a new smartphone will unpair the previous one. There may be poor signal conditions. Try changing your location. Someone else may have registered (paired) with Moflin, or pairing was reset during Clinic (Repairs). If so, follow the steps provided here. If the problem persists, try the following two steps: Restart MofLife (close the app and reopen it).* Restart Moflin (turn off and on). *For how to close apps, refer to your smartphone’s User Guide.
