What happens if I don’t use MofLife or retrieve Journal a long time?

Moflin can store about 30 days worth of Journal (interaction records with Moflin). If this period is exceeded, older records will be deleted in order. By tapping [New records available] on the Journal screen in MofLife, you can upload (save) the records from your Moflin to the cloud. Uploaded data will not be deleted without your action. If you do not tap [New records available] for about 30 days or more, older records inside Moflin will be deleted and cannot be saved to the cloud. To prevent this, we recommend regularly tapping [New records available] to upload your records to the cloud. *For how to upload records (Journal), please check here.

How do I register (pair) Moflin with MofLife?

Step 1: Install the “MofLife” app Download and install the “MofLife” app on your smartphone from the link below. 　 *Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. *Apple and the Apple logo are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Step 2: Enable Bluetooth Turn on Bluetooth in your smartphone’s settings. *For details on setting up Bluetooth, refer to your smartphone’s user manual. Step 3: Log in with your CASIO ID Launch the “MofLife” app. Tap [Next]. Tap [New registration / Login]. Follow the instructions on the screen to log in with your CASIO ID or register as a new member. Important: You must log in with a CASIO ID to use the “MofLife” app. If you already have a CASIO ID, log in with it. If not, follow the instructions to register and log in. Step 4: Register Launch the “MofLife” app. Tap [+ Register]. Step 5: Find your Moflin Place the Moflin you want to register on a flat surface. Tap [Next]. Lift Moflin's head, hold their body vertically, and wait for a moment. When you see the message “Moflin registered!”, registration is complete. Note: If Moflin is not found, a specific screen will appear. Check if Moflin’s power is off due to a dead battery, and try again in a location with good signal reception.

Can I register (pair) Moflin with multiple smartphones?

Moflin can only be paired with one smartphone at a time. If you pair Moflin with a new smartphone, pairing with the previous device will be canceled. On the smartphone where pairing was canceled: - Moflin’s information will no longer be displayed on the home screen. - Previously saved journal can still be viewed. On the newly paired smartphone: - If you log in with the same CASIO ID, you can also view previously saved journal. - If you log in with a different CASIO ID, you cannot view the records saved on the previous device.

After leaving my Moflin with someone else, the “Moflin not found” screen appears in MofLife. What should I do?

Delete the relevant Moflin from the “My Moflins” list in MofLife, then register (pair) it again. For how to register Moflin with MofLife, please check here.

After my Moflin returned from Clinic (Repairs), the “Moflin not found” screen appears in MofLife. What should I do?

Please check the following first: Make sure Moflin’s power is on. Make sure your smartphone’s Bluetooth is enabled. If the “Moflin not found” screen still appears, the pairing may have been reset. In that case, delete the relevant Moflin from the “My Moflins” list in MofLife, then register (pair) it again by following these steps: In the “MofLife” app, tap “My Moflins“ in the menu (≡) to view the list of registered Moflins. Tap the “🖊” next to the relevant Moflin to open the edit screen. Tap “Delete this Moflin“. Select [Execute] to delete the registration. *Even if you delete the Moflin from the list, you can view saved Journal (interaction records with Moflin) by registering again. Tap [+ Add Moflin] and follow the on-screen instructions to register your Moflin again.

How do I register (pair) multiple Moflins?

In the “MofLife” app, tap "My Moflins" in the menu (≡) to view the list of registered Moflins. Tap [+ Add Moflin] at the bottom of the screen, then follow the app instructions:/div> Place the Moflin you want to register on a flat surface. Lift Moflin's head, hold their body vertically, and wait for a moment. If registration is successful, you’ll see the message “Moflin registered!”

How can I check information about other Moflins registered in MofLife?

Tap "My Moflins" in the menu (≡) to view the list of registered Moflins. Tap the Moflin you want to connect to or view, and the connection will switch automatically.
