In the following cases, your product may not be able to be repaired.

  • If the diagnosis shows that there are multiple areas to be repaired
  • If the product is severely corroded or damaged due to mud, water exposure, or falling
  • If plastic (exterior) parts have deteriorated and broken due to daily use
  • If there are cracks or other abnormalities in the plastic parts that may be damaged by the repair service
  • If it is disassembled or has exterior parts removed
  • If there is evidence that the product has been disassembled by someone other than our company or Casio Techno
  • If there is evidence that the replacement part has been removed or the same defective part has been re-installed after being replaced by the repair service.
  • If the defect is minor and does not impair function or performance
